BakMarket delivers to all addresses in England and Wales via our courier partners. Our primary base is at 3 St Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1AA, but our logistics network covers the full length and breadth of the country.

Local Delivery Nuances

While we aim for consistent service across all regions, there are some location-specific factors to be aware of:

  1. Remote rural areas (e.g., parts of Cornwall, Cumbria, and mid-Wales) may experience delays of one additional working day due to courier routing.
  2. Scottish Highlands and Islands are served but may require 5–7 working days for standard delivery. Express delivery is not available to all postcodes.
  3. Northern Ireland requires a separate courier arrangement. Please contact us for a specific delivery quote before ordering.
  4. Channel Islands and Isle of Man are not currently covered by our standard delivery service.
  5. BFPO addresses (British Forces Post Office) — please contact us directly as special arrangements may be possible.
  6. Business addresses in city centres may require specific delivery instructions (e.g., reception desk, security desk). Please include these in your order notes.
  7. Signature required — all orders require a signature on delivery. If you are not available, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery or hold at a local depot.

In-Person Options

We do not operate a walk-in retail store. All orders are placed online or by phone and dispatched by courier. This allows us to maintain a larger inventory and lower prices than a traditional retail model would permit.
